haven't done one in a while... thought I'd get back into it

this was originally for moles but ended up doing bunnies, it gave it some colour with the carrots and greens

I like doing illustrations on woodland creatures - lets see how many more i can do..?

When the autumn leaves fall - the green leaf tree monster prepares his sugar cubes for the winter cold.
Another year of long journey's is over. its time to put his feet up and relax deep in the forrest where he calls home...

I've been meaning to do the treehouse for a while - i like the idea of the glowing windows - i imagine inside to be warm with a cup of hot chocolate! :)

the background gives great imagination to what else could be deep in these forests...

i wanna do more... but i have to sleep...

This was a piece I intended on doing for the Semi Permanent Competition for Desktop Magazine Cover. I couldnt make it this year so i changed up the colours slightly

the competition was for an eco friendly illustration and 50% of the illustration had to be green

go recycled robot always... :)

The Cheshire Cat!

this cat always used to freak me out when i was young! how his face would dissapear but his yellow eye and cheesy grin would remain - quite creepy for a kids cartoon - but surely rememberable...

3rd installation for "Inspire Me Alice"
this one is quite different to the other two - not so dark - and i really wanted to make this one bright and neat perfect - due to the queens garden and painted red roses

YAY! - another Inspire me Alice piece - im loving it!

I love the darkness and mysteriousness of the woods with that whacky colourful contrast.

Very proud of this one and have many more Inspire Me Alice pieces to come.. stay tuned!

Inspire me Alice...

I'm loving the new Alice in Wonderland craze!

I can't get enough of Mary Blair and 1950's Walt Disney...

I'm really proud of this one and look fwd for more to come - I love the contrast of the colours and the use of the texture and drop shadow - but not overloaded - I'm going to remember this setting for more illustrations

I think Alice is a great idea and can make a lot of illustrations look great...

keeping to the 50's theme - soon i will get that book "AD BOY" - I'm sure its going t give me heaps more inspirations for more pieces..

Adventures of Dimpledum

I'm really happy about this one and excited about more to come - keeping true to my 50's theme i want to bring out more like this definitely.

I love drawing robots and I want to make Dimpledum a regular character, with crazy creations, also i get to incorporate rockets and science stuff which always goes had in hand with retroness!

Robots and Honey Pots

This year I'm going to really focus on keeping that 50's style, I think I went off the wagon with a few recent pieces ,but I'm back on track!

I haven't done covers in a long time and i missed working with fonts - so might start to do more with fonts like my original pieces
